Clinical effectiveness:
Clinical studies have demonstrated the efficacy and safety of Tadalafil 20mg for treating erectile dysfunction (ED). A meta-analysis by Huang et al. [1] found that Tadalafil significantly improved erectile function compared to placebo, with an overall success rate of 77%. Carson et al. [2] reported that Tadalafil improved erectile function across various ED etiologies and severities. Moreover, Porst et al. [3] showed that Tadalafil maintained efficacy for up to 36 hours post-dose, providing a wider window for sexual spontaneity. In terms of safety, Montorsi et al. [4] concluded that Tadalafil was well-tolerated, with headache and back pain being the most common adverse events. These findings collectively support Tadalafil's role as an effective and well-tolerated treatment for ED.
